Dietary habits and their role in getting or prevention from disease.
Dietary habits known as the practices and behaviors that performed daily by the person in dealing with food during preparation or in the style of eating quantity and quality. To illustrate this role we will analysis this Dietary behaviors, which represent the most important rules of dietary habits.
Many research showed the relationship between specific dietary habits and the high or low spread of certain diseases in certain areas, for example in some Regions we find increase in the rate of heart disease where we find it less in other regions according to this habits and the kind of food and fat that were used in every region. We also find a high spread of some kind of cancers differs from country to country like the high prevalence of oral cancer in areas who used sniffs a lot, and the spread of breast cancer in regions who Consume a high proportion of saturated fa(fats and fatty meats).
The first step to know this dietary behaviors.
First of all the dietary behaviors known as the Way that the person or the community follow in dealing with the daily diet, and his activity and movement.
Factors that effects in food behavior:

* Availability of food in both domestic production or import.
* Climate and weather
* Health status
* The social custom and tradition.
According to the factors above we find that our society passed through three stages that has a clear effect on food behavior. The first stag society behavior food was depend on the production of lands and, animals, where nourishment only depend on milk and its product, on dates, bread, and meat in general occasion. On that period life was depends on the effort; craft and manual work in the fields and pastures.
The second stage appeared its effect at the beginning of oil discovery and supplement of money, also after the appearance of imported food that came with the workers who were from outside the region, they brought with them new, and useful food, fat food and some kind of sweets and fragile food which Contributed with the availability of well-being and lack of activity and manual work to the appearance of what called The third stage.
This stage continued to shape the behavior of this new food with the increase in laziness and lack of movement and activity, and with addition of more food to the table fat, sweets, and empty calories, which spread quickly because of the easiness of its preparation and its good taste. Also the reliance on transport not walking and reliance on employment in all matters and business in addition to not engage in any other sport, this behavior was an important factor of the prevalence of obesity, which caused raise of heart disease - diabetes - joints ... .. and others.
This stage have also different, and positive effect which is the addition of more food to the table like fruits, vegetables, and canned food that were available on off-season. But because of not keeping with the health awareness of economic progress come what so-called surge in weight and extravagance in food.
The effects of this change in dietary behavior:
*Rely on one meal then sleep and relax after fatty meal.
*lack of diversification.
*Imbalance with more intake of fat and sweets.

It also found a relationship between patient of anemia and people who drink tea directly after meals.
