BLACK OR WHITE

The world is black
Two years back
When my friend told my that
I didn't understand her
A day later
She killed herself
No one knew why
Not even me; her best friend
When her mother came to me
, I could only say
"Yesterday she told me the world is black"
Till that time
I saw the world colorful
All sort of colors
But no black
I would smile and laugh
Run and jump
Then, my friend
Took my smile and laughter with her
,It's kind of crazy
But she did
When teachers utter nonsense
I would turn right
But it's blank
There's no figure turned to her left
Waiting to laugh with me
I gradually gained weight
To run and jump became like math
The my knee broke
I was told not to run nor jump
Just be a tortoise
The different colors of the world
All turned white
And black popped out from no where
Looking at it
I remembered my friends word
Aching to know what she ment
I packed my bag and set forth
...It was nothing
Nothing but terrow
Screams, cries, and frightful faces
Bombs. earthquakes. and Murders
Kidnappers,slavery.and buglers
No one knew the meaning of being safe
,When mummy smiled
I saw it as a scowl
"Her "I love you dear
"Seemed to me, "I'll kill you
Finally I fled away
After a year stay
The same colors appeared before me
,In the white
Was everything I wanted
Save my friend
She wasn't there
.To the black
I didn't wish to return
Without thinking twice
I threw my bag and smiled
!The world is grey​
